Regent Surgical Health Welcomes Melissa Szabad to its Leadership Team as General Counsel

CHICAGO & NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Aug. 5, 2021 - PRLog -- Regent Surgical Health today announced that Melissa Szabad, a partner with Chicago law firm McGuireWoods and the Company's outside counsel, will be joining Regent as General Counsel and serving as a member of Regent's executive leadership team.

Szabad has deep experience in healthcare corporate and regulatory matters, with expertise in ambulatory surgery centers.

Szabad earned a J. D., Order of the Coif, at DePaul University College of Law, and a B.A., magna cum laude, at Kenyon College. She has spent her career at McGuire Woods.
