MIAMI - Aug. 5, 2021 - PRLog -- OpenExO Inc,a public benefit organization that is transforming the world for a better future, has acquired canou, a platform for building startups around the globe. The official announcement was made online at the ExO Transformation Awards on July 29 2021. The move to acquire canou first started after their team won the ExO Prize held earlier this year. The process took around six months and the deal was signed in the last week of July 2021.
