This courtship in fashion and beauty was a surprise from the public relations firm MNS Media Group headed by Ernest Jackson.  Knowing that Baltimore Fashion Week was seeking sponsors, Jackson reached out to Lead Producer Sharan Nixon to discuss the particulars.  After a few conversations, Natalia M. Beauty, a beauty brand, was introduced into the dialogue. As a result, what was once an idea became a reality for the brand and the event.

Natalia M. Beauty is a cosmetic beauty brand created by Schenika Quattlebaum.  Through Natalia M. Beauty, Quattlebaum designed a way to mask domestic violence marks. As a result, Quattlebaum was not only able to help herself by covering her scars, but she has also helped others cover up undesirable instances too.

Natalia M. Beauty quickly grew as a household name in the celebrity arena.  Although the brand's initial insertion into the beauty industry was to eliminate scaring, celebrities like Jennifer Hudson, Mariah Carey, Miss Columbia 2014, and Grammy award-winner Megan Thee Stallion have positively redirected the brand's purpose.
