TaDā Wellness Launches Blog & Online Cooking Challenge
Lifestyle Mentors, Tamara Kino and Dana Perich start new ventures to get others more informed and involved in a healthy lifestyle

Future blog entries will fall into 4 categories: goal setting, fitness, nutrition, and self-care. They will alternate between authors, lifestyle mentors, Tamara Kino and Dana Perich. Along with providing information and tips through their social media and blog, TaDā Wellness recently launched an interactive experience for followers, clients, and the community to get involved in their own health. For the month of August, TaDā Wellness will focus on nutrition and cooking. Each week challengers are to try 1 new meal: a sweet nutritious snack, meatless dinner, 5 ingredient, and packageless dinner. The goal of this challenge is to create intention in meal planning, prepping, and eating. Being aware of is consumed is a key step in establishing a healthier lifestyle.
