ORLANDO, Fla. - July 30, 2021 - PRLog -- Real Estate agents are tired of being invited to the same restaurants or to seminars where they listen to the repetitive pitches and information. At least, this is what Loan Officer and Mortgage Specialist Victor Ayala (also known as @TheMortgageMVP ) from My Mortgage Inc. and Luany Aranky, CEO of American Title Trust found out through their experience in the industry.

With the pandemic promoting digital learning, many are not looking at seminars for in-person events anymore. Even the old-school high-end wine and dine has become less attractive for many who receive those invites on a weekly basis. As many marketing and event specialists mentioned at the beginning of 2021, the key to in-person events will be in experiences for this year and the following, and these professionals caught on to this trend. Seminars will still take place in person when it comes to high-quality and very desirable speakers or information. However, experiences and entertainment will rule when it comes to in-person events for the remaining of the year, and Victor and Luany know this.

Tired of selling and being sold, they decided to join forces and create a series of VIP fun meetups with a small group of selected realtors every 4-6 weeks where they will all enjoy of something new and fun together. They are calling themselves The Real Estate Fun Squad and started this past Wednesday the 28th of July with an event for about a dozen selected people at Selfie WRLD Orlando where they delighted in a small brunch and champagne while taking pictures with each other and professional photographer Denee Hickman from Aubrey James Photography.

"We wanted to do something that was not about selling and was just about connecting as people and getting to know each other better beyond business," said Mortgage Specialist and Loan Officer Victor Ayala with NMLS 1691838.

"I'm a realtor myself aside from the owner of a Title Company and I understand better than anyone the importance of relationships at a personal level," said Luany Aranky, CEO of American Title Trust, a company with 5 years in Miami and Orlando.

The strategy worked as complete strangers that others would qualify as competitors, and who only knew each other from Instagram posts exchanged phones numbers and set up meetings for collaboration.

This event, organized by Marketing Agency Stand Out Consulting was covered by local press and has the support of Instagram profile @OrlandoRealEstate. According to the founders of this initiative August's event is already in the making and promises to be a 'thrilling' one.
