BARNEGAT, N.J. - July 22, 2021 - PRLog -- Marina at Barnegat Light, a fully occupied marina located on Long Beach Island, has hit the market. The marina, which is listed for sale at market bid, includes more than half an acre of land, a 4,400-square-foot marina building and 78 protected wet slips.

The Marina at Barnegat Light is the only marina in the area to offer floating docks, which are preferred by boaters because they rise with the tides and are safer for docking. Slips can accommodate boats up to 50 feet inside the breakwater, and up to 100 feet outside the breakwater, and offer 30 amp or 50 amp power along with water.

The property also has restrooms and shower facilities, a fish cleaning table, fresh water hookups, ice available for purchase, and bait and tackle within walking distance. There is also a retail space on site that is currently vacant.
