Follow on Google News | Librarian Hired To Research Church Abuse Hotspots To Prep For Ottawa Awareness Walk By SurvivorBy: Black Ram Media Group Inc William O'Sullivan (Sully) has been protesting outside St Kevin's Parish in Welland where he was abused as a child for well over 130 weeks raising awareness about the Catholic Church Abuse scandal. His story was featured in award winning series by Grant La Fleche, Priest in Wolf's Clothing. Since his weekly church protest began, O'Sullivan has received support by the community, including the help of political strategist Daniela Siggia that helped craft Petition Justice e-2306 calling for a public inquiry into the church abuse scandal. That petition was tabled by the Liberals just a few weeks before hundreds of bodies were discovered on residential school properties. With a federal election coming on the horizon, William O'Sullivan has decided to walk to Ottawa to remind all federal parties that it's time for accountability and justice for the many survivors and the communities impacted. Sully will depart from St Kevin's parish on August 30, 2021 at 9am. It will take him approximately 6 weeks to complete his journey. J. Justin O'Donnell, BA, MSEd, MLS is a professional librarian, co-host of online political show True Politics, and aspiring paralegal. He was retained by the team to research church abuse hotspots to help formulate an itinerary of protest stops along Sully's journey. That itinerary will be released to the press in the coming weeks. A GoFund me has been started to help Fundraise to cover the costs associated with his journey. https://gofund.me/ End
