LyricalGenes Pre-Releases His 5th Beat Tape, "Vibes"

CLEVELAND - July 18, 2021 - PRLog -- After four beat tape releases, LyricalGenes (aka Dana Burtin) prepares to release his fifth project entitled, "Vibes". The project's artwork is a photo taken by LyricalGenes's business partner and friend, Dominic Forniti (Half Past 12). The artwork features a yellow lit outside cabin in a dark environment giving off a relaxing and soothing feeling that may be an indicator to the album's overall musical theme. The 21 track beat tape is LyricalGenes's longest beat tape to date. The beat tape is set to release on August 6th, 2021. From the track list, LyricalGenes's neoclassical instrumental, "A Cancer's Zodiac", has already been placed in a short film recorded by Half Past 12. The short film stars LyricalGenes as the tennis player and voice over actor narrating how a person can feel destined for a path, but second guess their decisions. Moreover, it illustrates how the journey of pain, the loss of motivation, and constant perseverance can be a mental battle. At the end, LyricalGenes narrates a psychological twist that leaves the audience with a cliffhanger. The video is accompanied with a summary that states, "Is the path you feel destined for, actually worth the ride? The journey of pain, the loss of motivation, and constant perseverance is a mental battle. But who are you really battling against?"
