Community 1st Credit Union Celebrates Opening of New Branch in Osceola

OSCEOLA, Iowa - July 18, 2021 - PRLog -- OSCEOLA, IA—Community 1st Credit Union is pleased to announce the opening of their 18^th branch facility in Osceola, IA. The groundbreaking ceremony was held last year, September 2, 2020 at 714 W. McLane St. in Osceola, Iowa, at the southwest corner of W. McLane (Hwy. 34) and S. Dearborn.

The construction reached completion this July 2021. The project was spearheaded by Single Source Architects & Master Builders, a Waterloo, Iowa-based contractor that has partnered with several other financial institutions in the Midwest.

"This new branch will provide first-class service to the wonderful people of Osceola, along with our full menu of award-winning products and services.  We are extremely excited to become an integral part of the Osceola community," said President and CEO Greg Hanshaw.

The credit union purchased the two-acre site in the early spring of 2020. The single-story building covers approximately 5,900 square feet of land, including the basement. C1st's Osceola branch will feature six offices, a large conference room, a spacious lobby including a children's activity center, and three drive-thru lanes—one offering an ATM.
