Stevens Construction Inc. among best in 12 states at the Aurora Awards

FORT MYERS, Fla. - July 16, 2021 - PRLog -- Stevens Construction has won a Silver Aurora Award for PopStroke in the best commercial project category. Hosted by the Southeast Builder's Conference, the Aurora Awards honor the best in construction in a 12-state region.

With the objective of having something for everyone, PopStroke features a 6,901-square-foot open-air restaurant, bar, outdoor games and commercial kitchen. Adjacent to the restaurant is an outdoor playground that provides a view to the numerous televisions and putting courses. In the lobby, guests can shop the retail, order ice cream and local craft beers. The cornerstone of PopStroke is the two 18-hole putting courses designed by TGR Design by Tiger Woods, which provides two skill level options. Both courses include synthetic turfs, bunkers and rough.

Stevens Construction delivered PopStroke ahead of schedule in six months.

Entries were judged on design, quality of construction, unusual constraints, cost savings techniques and outstanding features.

Stevens Construction has earned 21 Aurora Awards since 2007.
