Werq Appoints Gavin Pommernelle as New President

AUSTIN, Texas - July 15, 2021 - PRLog -- Werq is pleased to announce that Gavin Pommernelle has joined the company as its new President, effective July 2021.

Pommernelle, a successful entrepreneur and global business leader, brings a wealth of leadership experience and a passion for strategic c-suite partnership services.

As President of Werq, Pommernelle will jointly oversee the development and growth of the business, with CEO Ilana Zivkovich. He will bring particular attention to the capabilities, methodologies, and strength of the talent bench to ensure a highly impactful delivery to client partners.

Pommernelle comes from his own entrepreneurial background, previously founding TDV, a talent management services company. With 25 years of global leadership and human resources experience across multiple industries, Pommernelle brings a unique, culturally informed perspective to Werq services. Pommernelle has developed leaders and talent solutions across more than 60 markets. His experience in positions covering human resources, quality assurance, and general management gives him a breadth that helps companies realize the inherent value of their talent.

He earned his MBA from Heriot-Watt University and completed programs at Ashridge University (Leading Strategy & Change), Cranfield University (Advanced Project Management), and is a certified executive coach with the International Coach Federation.
