Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care Colorado Springs Achieves Partner Level Two - We Honor Veterans
Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care Colorado Springs Has Received Level Two – We Honor Veterans – Increasing Quality and Access to Care for Colorado Veterans
"Our team members are end-of-life experts who have received education and training on identifying, assessing, and meeting the needs of Veterans and their families from the time of referral through bereavement services. Many thanks to our Counseling Service Manager, Monty Mora, who helps to ensure continued success reaching and serving Veterans," said Phillip Hill, Chief Executive Officer.
The achievement of the We Honor Veterans Community Partner program levels fosters an obligation to provide the best quality of care to those who have served our country. The care-team members are committed to improving care for Veterans and when there may be specific needs related to the Veteran's military service, combat experience or other traumatic events, Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care Colorado Springs has the ability and resources to support the patient.
