So you will be needing a tool that helps you build your DFMEAs, test plans, create Block diagrams and P diagrams, which also need to be integrated with the design documents, the process flow, and control player all the way to work instructions.

The significant benefit with APQP is the knowledge that you acquire through the new product launch. It is something you need to be able to use and if you are not able to reuse that, you are creating information silos where one project team is not a able to learn from the best practices, launches from another team.
