WCRx Health Launches At Home Check In
By: WCRx Health
How WCRx Check In works:
1. A nurse will visit your home with an MD by telehealth.
2, A mouth swab will be given to determine ALL potential side effects and possible
life-threatening conditions. In some cases, after discussion, a lab draw may be needed as well.
3. The nurse will spend 15 minutes or more to review your monthly prevention care plan
that will be established.
4. Lastly, We help you set up your current equipment, CGM system and RPM equipment.
After test results come back within a few days, WCRx care coordinators will schedule a
call with the Clinical department to discuss your results.
*Results can and SHOULD be shared with your current Physician and or specialist.
This will eliminate side effects from incorrect and high or low drug dosages by gathering pertinent health data. It will also empower and equip patients with their own clinical data to ensure proper health communication and medication therapy.
The mission of the WCRx Check In is to challenge outdated methods of treatment and diagnosis for Chronic Illnesses, including Diabetes and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) by getting to the root of the problem instead of just pumping people with medications. We found that many of these conditions could easily have been prevented had there been proper monitoring systems with nutritional regimens in place!
WCRx preventative care team is available 24/7 for your wellness needs, questions and concerns. visit WCRx Health, Wcrx Clinic, Wcrx Pharmacy or Wcrx Network for details and sign up forms.
