MARICOPA, Ariz. - July 12, 2021 - PRLog -- When Vincent was elected three years ago he mentioned that "Maricopa needs to make it easier for people to get their business off the ground fast.", and he has worked hard to get that done. From working directly with business owners to providing the Economic Development team with ideas and leads, he is determined to bring jobs to Maricopa.

In his press release back in 2014 he spoke about the need to partner with MUSD regarding our children's education and the need to create an uninterrupted pathway from north Maricopa and the south via an overpass at the railroad tracks. He has lived up to both of those campaign promises by working with MUSD to bring fifty staff members - mainly certified teachers - to Maricopa and provide innovative technology for our classrooms.

Regarding the State Route 347 Overpass, Vincent along with Mayor Christian Price and other councilmembers have met with the entire congressional delegation, Senators John McCain and Jeff Flake to advocate for federal help. Each year they have flown to Washington to meet with Federal Raid, EPA, Army Corps of Engineers, and many others to speak about the need for the overpass and other projects like flood control and expanding the 347. Working with State Representative Bret Roberts Vincent was able to help secure $35,000,000 for an overpass at Riggs Road.

Vincent has lived in Maricopa since moving with his wife and three daughters in 2010 and has jumped in with both feet volunteering with many local charities and organizations, including the city itself.

Manfredi's belief that transportation is a primary driver of economic development led him to represent the city of Maricopa on many regional transportation committees. Improving Maricopa roads, including the SR 347, SR 238 and Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway are on the top of his list. His SR 347 efforts are summarized by the acronym MOVE: More lanes, Overpasses and interchanges, Violation enforcement and Education.

Among the organizations of which Manfredi is a member are:

-Budget and Finance City Council Subcommittee
-Regional Council Member (CAG) Central Arizona Governments
-Rural Transportation Advocacy Council
-Pinal Regional Transportation Authority
-Pinal County Regional Transportation Authority Board of Directors
-Arizona League of Cities & Towns Transportation, Infrastructure and Public Works Committee
