Judges, DA's, and regulators can really make up crimes to destroy innocent people over something frivolous?

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - July 6, 2021 - PRLog -- I was arrested, tried, convicted then exonerated for an unprecedented non-crime that has destroyed me, family and business. Judges need to be held accountable.... The 1st DCA court of appeals was appalled of the jury instruction given to the jurors. To find guilty all they had to prove was that the annuity sale deprived the client of a  major portion of the value or enjoyment of her property. If that's the case ARREST every other insurance agent in the United States of America who has ever sold a deferred annuity because that's how they all work!!

Prosecute those who are in authority who abuse power, and maliciously prosecute. Hold Kristen Schriber, Judge Martin, Lake County DA, and the DOI accountable for destroying an innocent man, his family, and business he built for 25 years, with no complaints, A+ rating with the BBB, and had a perfect record.
They listened to hearsay said by fired ex working members of another LLC Neasham had majority ownership in. Why weren't Stephanie Vandagriff, and Dave Bischel charged with filing false report, and other false information only with intent to put Neasham's successful business out of business?

Glenn Andrew Neasham (http://www.courts.ca.gov/opinions/documents/A134873.PDF he sat down, calmed himself and opened the PDF.  Justice Stuart Pollak point-by-point (https://insurancenewsnet.com/innarticle/2013/10/09/court-rejects-theft-conviction-of-calif-annuity-agent-a-402276.html#.Ulat8BDApdc showed the prosecution hadn't even come close to proving Neasham committed theft and that the judge erred so badly in his instructions to the jury that the mistake had "constitutional significance." Pollak seemed to be perplexed even by the prosecution's definition of theft.
