By: Property Hub
This project has ensured that a very interesting and vibrant area has remained undeterred from its usual excitement, with the addition of the GDK only complimenting the landscape of the local area. Furthermore, the addition of 4 flats has strengthened a very student-heavy population. This is an effort by Mr. Mussarat and his company, Property Hub, to ensure that an area that represents the very best of Manchester keeps on ticking.
The Fallowfield property was acquired in August 2020, andAugust 2020 and work then commenced in September. Revolution closed for the final time in January 2020, and Property Hub wasted no time in purchasing. They exchanged quickly on the property in August, and the conversion efforts began almost immediately. As well as being as bar, it has also operated as a bank, cementing its place in Fallowfield as a piece of local history.
The flats are nearing their completion and are already on the market, with German Doner Kebab taking charge of their own refurbishments and aiming for an opening time of late Summer. The opening has been announced as German Doner Kebab forges ahead with plans to open 47 new restaurants in the UK during 2021, building significantly on the 12 opened during 2020.
"Fallowfield has always been an area of interest in Manchester. It is home to a huge student population and has always boasted a wide array of bustling business and industry, so it fills me with pride to be able to add to that with new homes and a new restaurant" – Nabeel Mussarat
The 4 flats are on the market now via Homes4U, and the German Doner Kebab restaurant is expected to open late Summer.
