LONDON - July 2, 2021 - PRLog -- Avanguardian gallery proudly present a 360 degree online exhibition of infrared photography 'I Can Hear the Grass Grow' by Marcus Hamilton from 2 July 2021 on our website.

'I Can Hear The Grass Grow' is a collection of Infrared photography which was exhibited in Milan in 2017, showing things literally in a different light, so the familiar becomes abstract and the everyday becomes less recognisable and more conceptual.

Infrared photography is not merely a functional technique; in the hands of Londoner Marcus Hamilton, it becomes a means of expression and an artistic style that uses a spectrum of light imperceptible to the human eye, allowing us to see the invisible.

Marcus Hamilton uses a selection of specially converted cameras to create infrared images, utilising a spectrum of light imperceptible to the human eye, allowing us to see the invisible. He is also influenced by the era of Modernist photography between 1920 and 1950 which can be seen in many of his abstract works.

A perfect timing to enjoy viewing the exhibition this summer whilst Marcus's work (Angels Kiss) is selected for 2021 London Art Biennale.
