"OMEGA" company modernized communication channels at pipelines of JSC "Transneft-Ural"

MOSCOW, Russian Federation - June 23, 2021 - PRLog -- In accordance with the contract with Svyaztransneft JSC, Transneft, the OMEGA Company has successfully completed the project "Organization of communication channels for the KP MN of Transneft-Ural JSC".
The project, which has been carried out since February 2020 on the territory of six districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan (located between the Volga river and the Ural Mountains, Russia), provided for the laying of 78.8 km of fiber-optic cable using horizontal directional drilling technology at the intersection of 55 crossings with various communications. The technical specialists of the OMEGA Company carried out installation and adjustment of 145 sets of telecommunication equipment, which is installed in the control and monitoring points of telemechanics of the linear part of the main oil pipelines.
