Restoration Church – Announces New Campus PastorRestoration Church- Reston led by Daniel Park returns to indoor worship service at Forest Edge Elementary School July 11 at 10 a.m.
By: Floris United Methodist Church Rev. Daniel Park was born in New Jersey and raised in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vassar College and a Master of Divinity from Drew Theological School. He was ordained in 2008 and is a full elder of the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. He has a wide range of ministry experience that has enabled the church to minister to all people, from children, youth, young adults, young families, and older adults, as well as multiracial contexts. Rev. Park believes his calling is to empower people to find hope and joy in a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is excited to continue to build relationships with people who do not feel connected to their community. In addition, Rev. Isaiah Park will join the Floris UMC/Restoration staff to provide support and leadership in reaching communities across Northern Virginia. She will allocate equal time serving at Floris UMC, Restoration Reston, and Loudoun campuses. Rev. Isaiah Park was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies and a minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University (La Miranda, CA). She has completed her coursework for the Master of Divinity Degree at Wesley Theological Seminary (Washington, DC). She is a licensed local pastor in the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. She has served in many different church settings that involve church planting, ministry to children and youth, young adults, and multigenerational contexts. Rev. Daniel and his wife, Isaiah Park have four beautiful children, three daughters and one son and will reside in Reston, VA.
