The 100V 123SPD100A Schottky rectifier is supplied in a low-profile surface-mount SPD-4 package which has a tin-plated baseplate and terminals. Forward-voltage drop at a junction temperature of 25°C is 0.8V. Surge current capability is 1,650A.
The 100V 153CMQ100 is supplied in a through-hole TO-249 package with nine pins, mounted on an isolated heat-sink. With multiple leads per terminal, it is suitable for use on high-frequency, high-current boards.
The 45V 81CNQ045S2 is a center tap module which supports high-frequency operation. It handles an average rectified forward current of 80A per device. Forward voltage drop at 80A and a junction temperature of 25°C is 0.64V.
