Industry Vet Ben Ketel Joins The Mogharebi Group to Help Lead Expansion of 1031 Exchange Platform

COSTA MESA, Calif. - June 16, 2021 - PRLog -- Veteran multifamily professional Ben Ketel has joined The Mogharebi Group ("TMG") responsible for servicing and expanding the firm's platform Advisory Services throughout California and key Western U.S. markets.

Over the course of his 25-year career, Ben has been involved in more than $2 billion in multifamily, hospitality and commercial estate transactions.   He joins TMG from commercial real estate investment firm Red Tail Acquisitions, a subsidiary of Fowler Property Acquisitions ("FPA").  As Managing Partner, he directed and managed the acquisition of thousands of multifamily units and millions of square feet of commercial real estate assets. Previously he was a Principal and Partner at FPA.

Having Ben join the firm is a strategic part of the five-year-old multifamily investment sales, financing and advisory firm regional expansion.    TMG's recently established its Intermountain West headquarters in Salt Lake City, its first office outside of California.   Former Colliers executive Adam Gatto joined TMG in April to run the Salt Lake City office.
