Protopia and University of Michigan Host Webinar on AI-Powered Networking in the Classroom
Learn how the University of Michigan's Center for Entrepreneurship is using artificial intelligence technology in its curriculum to teach students how to network with alumni
"Protopia provides our students, alumni, faculty and other members of our community with a simple, intuitive and powerful way to connect and share advice," said Eric Bacyinski, Director-External Engagement and Mentorship at CFE. "We chose Protopia because of its ability to connect people through the tools they already use, without another platform to learn, without another login. Protopia's quick implementation process, flexibility, and integration capabilities allowed us to tailor their solution to meet all of our needs."
The webinar features panelists Max Leisten, CEO of Protopia; Eric Bacyinski, Director of External Engagement and Mentorship, University of Michigan; and Jason Davis, Assistant Director of External Engagement, University of Michigan. The webinar will discuss the classroom technologies needed for teaching effective networking including defining requirements and selecting tools that enable speed, scalability, and simplicity for alumni, students, and staff. It will cover curriculum design for setting up, delivering, and measuring AI-powered networking in the classroom. In addition to providing meaningful outcomes for students, the program has effectively engaged alumni networks. The panelists will provide their perspectives on how easy and effective deploying AI networking technologies in the classrooms can be.
"It's been amazing to work with Eric and Jason on deploying our AI network technology in the classroom," said Max Leisten, Founder and CEO at Protopia. "Not only did we help hundreds of students connect with thousands of alumni, but as a strategic partner they continue to push us for broader use cases, including how to address diversity, equity, and inclusion in student mentoring."
The webinar will take place at 11:00am EDT on Thursday, June 24, 2021 and is open to the public. Interested parties can register here:
