D'Art Design's 7th Annual Conference to Kashmir

FARIDABAD, India - June 14, 2021 - PRLog -- The Global Leader of Retail Industry, D'Art Design organized their 7th Annual Conference, titled "Be The Change 2021" at Jammu & Kashmir. Known as 'Heaven on Earth', Kashmir justified its salutation and post-covid, the trip was very refreshing yet adventurous.

The trip was perfectly planned according to the pandemic SOP's provided by the GOI(Govt. Of India). The first impression was just 'white' as the snow-covered airport to every halt we made to reach Gulmarg on the first day. In the evening, when the team reached Gulmarg, the soulful ghazal musicians made the time memorable with soothing tunes. The next day was full of adventures as post-breakfast, the whole team approached Gandola Point from we went to Phase I and Phase II (differentiated on the basis of height) where all of us enjoyed different snow-activities from skiing to snow rides, etc. Returning back to Hotel by mid-noon, we took some rest before gearing up for the DJ Night. Everybody danced to the Bollywood tunes and enjoyed it to the fullest.

If we look on the purpose of organizing the trip, it is a culture at D'Art Design to make togetherness and memories together, once a year. Basically, it's a technique of team building and nourishing the relationship with each other. The work culture by organizing such trips felicitates the working style in the corporate world.

At the last day (before departure), we traveled to the capital city of Srinagar, where the award ceremony was planned to give titles to the employees to felicitate their nature and profile in the company. Stretched for two hours the ceremony included dance performances, singing performances by the employees. And after the Gala Dinner, everyone enjoyed the DJ Night. In a nutshell, The Kashmir trip made the memories (to be cherished forever) cultivated the relationship of the team to the stronger bonds. Yet another chapter added to D'Art Design journey in reaching to the TOP.
