Dr. Debra L. Brown
shares her vast experience in and out of boardrooms to help others step up in competence and confidence to lead and govern their businesses to success. Comfortable and confident with both boards and executives, her mix of experiential and conceptual insights uniquely qualifies her to advise organizations on their governance. Having served twice as a CEO, reporting to boards, and as a board member of several organizations, Debra is able to see governance issues from both sides of the boardroom table.
