Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. Attorneys Present on CT Dram Shop Liability

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - June 10, 2021 - PRLog -- Joseph J. Andriola and Gretchen G. Randall, principals with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C., were featured speakers for USLI and Devon Park Specialty Insurance's remote conference concerning dram shop liability in Connecticut. Attendees included insurance executives, brokers, and agents, along with business owners licensed to sell alcohol. The presentation covered a wide range of liquor liability issues including toxicology and dram act requirements. The seminar included a discussion of training and preventative measures to help reduce alcohol-related accidents and claims.

Joseph Andriola, a member of the firm's Professional Malpractice & Insurance Defense group, handles a diverse caseload defending property and casualty claims, professional liability, insurance coverage issues, as well as automobile related litigation.
