Innovation Expert Marshall Barnes Bows New Rating System That Promises Significant "Disruption"

Marshall Barnes, R&D Eng has now amplified his innovation/disruption efforts to an unprecedented scale, so much so that he is the force to be reckoned with.
CINCINNATI - June 8, 2021 - PRLog -- "What's your Visionary IX™ rating?". It could be the question that gets asked in innovation industry circles as much as , "What's your sign?" used to be in the '70s, - but with far more important implications than if the person would be a good date. It determines if they'd be a good innovation business adviser/partner because it represents the first serious rating system for such knowledge. Invented by Marshall Barnes back 2013, he came up with it to differentiate himself from what he saw as "posers" and "wannabes", good at motivational skills and sales talk but had no impressive ability in applying what they claimed to know.

"It's simple," the internationally noted R&D engineer says, "There's two parts. The first is the number of fields or areas you've applied what you know about innovation, creativity or disruption. The second is the number of breakthroughs or significant developments or discoveries you made in those areas. They form what I'm calling the Visionary IX rating, the person's composite "super power" if you will, in the innovation field. Now we see which emperors have no clothes."

No poser himself, Marshall currently has a devastating rating of 37 and 89. On average he said anyone else may have 5 and 3. Marshall's fields are as varied as weapons systems, law enforcement, audio technology, AI, and aerospace. His latest development is a soon to be released alternative to the news making Non Fungible Tokens and he's challenging Elon Musk at what innovations he's not doing about fears concerning the future. As a projection of his influence, Marshall has joined the Disruptor League and the Singularity University, not only for networking but to test the viability of what people and thought leaders project about their skill sets in terms of innovation and engagement in disruption.

Marshall sees people lack an ability to teach creativity to others, something he did for the Youth to Youth anti-drug agency as a drug-free activity for teens in the "Just say 'No to Drugs" '80s. Even recognized experts like, David Kelley, miss the point, focusing on problems and not straight to solutions.

"I'm solving this mire of unmitigated mumbo jumbo, getting to the point, saving companies time, money and making innovation teams more effective," Marshall predicts, whose old C/V shows his rating at 30/40 in 2014 (  ). "This entire field, which prides itself on "disruption" is going to get its brains disrupted and not know what the hell happened."
