WiseTribe Awarded $50,000 Grant From Impact 100 Men of Palm Beach County
Delray Beach-Based Nonprofit Will Use Funds to Build Outdoor Learning Lab STEM at SouthTech Preparatory Academy in Boynton Beach
The Outdoor Learning Lab will be a fully functional outdoor classroom for STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
Since 2016, WiseTribe has been dedicated to bringing community members from diverse backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and age groups together to create innovative and scalable local solutions in the areas of food, education, and societal wellbeing.

WiseTribe is a Delray Beach based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing community members from diverse backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and age groups together to create innovative and scalable local solutions in the areas of food, learning, and wellbeing. As part of this mission, WiseTribe has partnered with SouthTech Preparatory Academy to launch the Food Citizenship Institute, where the central focus is to serve Palm Beach County's youth with food sustainability programming. The FCI empowers children to design and build community food solutions that combat food insecurity, economic barriers to healthy food access, and the impact of industrial food production on soil quality, nutrition, and climate change.
