Chase Millea Joins Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix Office

Millea is a corporate and securities attorney focused on healthcare and technology transactions, including supporting organizations to comply with federal and state privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, ONC Information Blocking Rule, CMS Conditions of Participation, state confidentiality laws), and facilitating agreements among industry stakeholders. Millea has an extensive background in healthcare transactions, including negotiation of software as a service (SaaS), business associate, and other technical agreements. He has a significant understanding of healthcare operations and has experience navigating complex disputes among healthcare entities.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Millea was In-House Counsel & Director of Regulatory Compliance at Health Current, Arizona's statewide health information exchange. Millea graduated with his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O' Connor College of Law and with his B.A from Arizona State University, Barrett Honors College.
