NEW YORK - May 28, 2021 - PRLog -- By the beginning of the pandemic and the forced transition to remote work, the company was not ready like other participants in the software development market. Almost all efforts were made to establish remote work as soon as possible. Thanks to the well-coordinated work and self-discipline of the employees, it became clear in the first week of the lockdown that GBKSOFT would work remotely without losing efficiency.

Since the lockdown lasted more than one month and it was necessary to adapt to the new realities finally, it was decided to restructure the company and define new goals. The restructuring coincided with the search for new development opportunities for the company. The partnership with Altamira was one of those impulses that helped us take a fresh look at the company's development strategy. Thanks to the companies' cooperation, we received additional resources, due to which the growth of the GBKSOFT team became possible.

The qualification of the company's employees is a crucial component of the success of projects. Therefore, we plan to actively support employees' professional development through trainings, seminars, etc.

Along with the increase in the development team, it is planned to expand the company's technology stack. It is not the first year that projects have been created using React, Node.js, and Flutter, but this year the work with these technologies will be significantly increased. We believe that Node.js has some advantages over PHP, so that this technology will be actively implemented.

For reference, Node.js is a JavaScript runtime outside the browser. This framework allows you to write server-side code for dynamic web pages and web applications, as well as command-line programs. Node.js implements the JavaScript for Everything paradigm. It involves using one programming language to develop web applications instead of using different languages to work on the front-end and back-end.

Thus, by expanding the company's technology stack, we will be able to create more cross-platform and native applications, and an increase in team members will allow us to do it in the shortest possible time.

"We always try to give the best to our clients, because their success is our priority." - said Founder/CEO of GBKSOFT, Vladimir.
