Social Fly launch: A social and motor skills curriculum educating kids on disabilities
Social Fly is a social and motor skills curriculum that educates kids about disabilities. Using motion capture technology, social modeling, and peer mentoring, Social Fly fosters the socioemotional development of children ages 5-12. As part of this program, kids will receive clear education on common health conditions. Content is paired with skill-building activities that address a child's sensory, motor, and social abilities.
This two-pronged approach encourages carryover and a sense of connection by enhancing a child's ability to interact with others who are different from them. Social Fly was created in collaboration with Point Motion and is hosted by Mundo Pato with embedded analytics and documentation to track progress.
Social Fly is a great addition to schools, day programs, camps, hospitals, therapy clinics, and anywhere else that serves children. Visit http://www.simplicityofhealth.com/
