NEW YORK - May 21, 2021 - PRLog -- TRU Staffing Partners, a globally recognized award-winning search firm representing talent and opportunities in data privacy, e-discovery, and cybersecurity, announces its participation in an upcoming webinar with the Southwest Chapters of Women in eDiscovery (WiE).
TRU Staffing Partners Vice President of Recruitment and Account Management Sarah Roberts teams up trauma therapist Chanelle Doucette as panelists for "COVID – Where Do We Go From Here?" Sommer Wall, Director of the WiE Denver Chapter, will moderate the discussion. Doucette will address the collective trauma suffered throughout the industry as a result of the pandemic and discuss strategies for processing it. Roberts will then discuss how COVID has shaped the future of the legaltech workforce, including the rise of remote work and the hiring/growth trends seen on the staffing and recruitment side of the industry.
"I'm humbled to be included in such an important and timely topic," says Roberts. "We've heard a lot surrounding virtual meeting best practices and WFH strategies during and post-pandemic. Now, addressing the aftermath and the effects on job security and mental health and how that creates lasting effects on the ESI market is an important conversation to which all can contribute."
This webinar is free and welcomes all interested parties, women or otherwise. Register at https://www.eventbrite.com/
