Boncrest Resource Group and ER Senior Management Announce Operation of Two New Communities

ABILENE, Texas - May 19, 2021 - PRLog -- Subsidiaries of Boncrest Resource Group, Inc., acquired operation of two life plan communities, Foxwood Springs in Raymore, Missouri, and Robin Run Village in Indianapolis, Indiana, from Brookdale that will be managed for Boncrest by ER Senior Management (https://erseniormanagement.com/), a Texas-based operator known for its active adult and aging-in-place campus communities, following a brief transition period from Brookdale.

The acquisitions are the first for Boncrest (www.boncrest.org), a mission-driven, nonsectarian, nonprofit charitable organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2017 to address the challenges of providing quality services, activities, and programs that serve public and charitable interests in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. This change in leadership will bring Foxwood Springs and Robin Run Village back to their original not-for-profit roots while maintaining their reputation for providing compassionate and caring service in innovative ways.

Boncrest and ER Senior Management will collaborate to ensure that Foxwood Springs (1500 West Foxwood Drive, Raymore, MO 64083) and Robin Run Village (5354 West 62nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268) offer active adult lifestyle and comprehensive aging-in-place and senior care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and other highly sought-after senior services.
