Excelsior acquires Touchstone International Business Services Ltd

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. - May 11, 2021 - PRLog -- Excelsior Solutions Corporation (OTC Markets:  BRYN) has acquired Touchstone International Business Services Ltd. in an all-stock transaction.

Touchstone, based in Toronto Canada, provides corporate secretarial services such as incorporations, minute book management, accounting services, news releases and regulatory filings. It has four offices in North America and is able to provide services globally through an expanding affiliate network.

The acquisition of Touchstone will add approximately $250,00 CAD in annual revenue as well as allow Excelsior to implement a number of organizational changes to streamline our provision of services and simplify dealing with the various operating companies.

The 100% acquisition of Touchstone was done based on a Memorandum of Understanding dated July 31, 2017 with its parent company, BizToolz Network Inc.  BizToolz will receive 10,598,140 common shares in exchange for 100 percent of Touchstone.  This transaction completes the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding with BizToolz Network.
