AKRON, Ohio - May 6, 2021 - PRLog -- The Akron Chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF-Akron) and the Better Business Bureau of Akron (BBB Akron) virtually host Wally Snyder, president of the Institute for Advertising Ethics, on May 13 at 5:30 pm (ET) for a discussion on the ethical dilemmas that advertising professionals face and how they can do the right thing in resolving these issues. Advertising is one of the most important businesses in the global economy and it is paramount for the advertising industry to practice enhanced ethics. He will conclude with actual workplace illustrations of how enhanced ethics is practiced in a very competitive industry, and how to inspire professionals to want to do so.

Mr. Snyder has devoted his entire professional career to working on advertising development, regulation and ethics. He served as a trial lawyer and as assistant director for advertising practices at the Federal Trade Commission before joining the American Advertising Federation where he served as president and CEO, from 1992–2008. He is the author of Ethics in Advertising. Making the Case for Doing the Right Thing.
