"I am so excited to announce a new president, one that I think will lead our team well into the future and help us to do great things," said Fontenot. "She's shown great leadership over the past several years as Vice President. However, moving into the role of President, it's going to enable her to really pinpoint the strategy of where we'd like to go as a company and help us to go after certain markets that we're looking to continue to grow in."
HR Maximizer serves as a board member, as well as Secretary of the Houston Healthcare HR Association (HHHRA), a conglomerate of healthcare organizations in the Houston area who seek to advance the Houston health care community through the support and development of a knowledgeable and connected network of human resources professionals by creating a forum to drive talent management strategies and sharing of best practices.
"Leah's passion and enthusiasm for Human Resources and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the workforce are contagious,"
"It is indeed an honor and privilege to lead a great organization like HR Maximizer," said Ramsey. When I was hired in 2014 as a recruiter, my goals were simple: do a great job, and help make HR Maximizer a better organization. I will now have a greater opportunity to continue on that path, but with more impact. I want to humbly thank Mr. Fontenot for this tremendous opportunity."
