Eric Johanson hits #2 on Billboard with 'Covered Tracks: Vol. 1', releases video for "25 or 6 to 4"

NEW ORLEANS - May 4, 2021 - PRLog -- New Orleans' artist Eric Johanson debuts at number two on the Billboard Blues Albums chart with his newest release, 'Covered Tracks: Vol. 1', a collection of stripped-down acoustic covers, and premieres new video for "25 or 6 to 4".

'Covered Tracks: Vol. 1' features acoustic guitar driven, blues inspired renditions of such wide ranging artists as Chicago, Nine Inch Nails, Skip James, The Cardigans, Taj Mahal, The Allman Brothers Band, and more.

Blues Rock Review writes, "Johanson conveys a solid sense of artistic identity in that many of the tracks diverge wildly from the originals, and end up sounding as if they were Johanson compositions."

To mark the Billboard debut, Eric is premiering a new video for "25 or 6 to 4", his take on the Chicago classic.
