Business Butler launching in Richmond upon Thames is great news for SMEs in the borough
By: Business Butler
Having established themselves in south Wales and the west of England as the go-to place for small businesses seeking impartial and trusted advice and support, Business Butler have teamed up with local entrepreneur and founder, Luke Ireland for their latest expansion plans.
Through their innovative platform, Business Butler connects small business users with a panel of vetted business experts. The platform is built around a bespoke matching engine which gathers user requirements and profiles against members of the Business Butler panel, returning a shortlist of suitable experts across more than 120 business services.
Each expert on the shortlist has been fully vetted against a 50-point checklist to ensure users of the platform are working with trusted professionals.
Bhupinder Sidhu, Business Butler Founder and CEO, explains about the aims of the business and the reasons behind the latest expansion:
"Our philosophy is all about matching and connecting small business owners with professionals they can trust in order to achieve our objective of increasing success rates for startups and SMEs.
"We have identified Richmond upon Thames as a key London borough that would benefit from our tried and tested business model because of the number of startups and SMEs based there.
"And we are delighted to have Luke on board. He has the skills, experience and local business knowledge required to help establish and grow the Business Butler brand."
Prior to the Covid -19 pandemic, 30% of new businesses in the UK failed in their first year and during the past 12 months this figure has increased significantly. This is one of the reasons why Luke Ireland joined Business Butler, and says:
"I became a founder of Business Butler because I see a unique opportunity to build a network of professionals serving the local business community.
"Under the current economic climate, small businesses need as much help as they can get and we can ensure they are matched with appropriate business experts and receive immediate support."
Business Butler limit the number of experts per sector on their platform to avoid saturation and demand to join is expected to be high. There is a three tired membership structure offering a range of benefits, the highest level provides an appointment guarantee and includes a Zoom United Business Account.
In what has been an incredibly difficult year for small businesses across all sectors, Business Butler is best equipped to help them, and with Luke Ireland at the helm, there is some good news at last for SMEs across Richmond upon Thames.
