The CEO, Martin Stastny, has been working in the tech industry for more than a decade. In the past years, he has been working in a range of different industries, including advertising, e-commerce retailers, and smaller "tech for good" startups. By creating Remote Workers, Martin wanted to accelerate the digital transformation in the remote recruiting industry, making the process friendlier and more effective for both the talent and recruiters. "On LinkedIn, I often receive offers for work but 99% of them are not what I'm looking for: Employers want me to be in the office 100% of the time or relocate me into their country. So I decided to create something to change that."

The Talent Profile is free of charge and the new features are built to streamline the process of applying, tracking, and acquiring a remote job while building global, career-changing connections. There are currently 2.000 jobs from 1136 companies including companies like Reddit, Shopify, Facebook, Spotify, amongst others. The jobs are added daily and only active jobs are visible avoiding the possibility of applying to expired jobs.
