PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - April 27, 2021 - PRLog -- The Human Resource Executive® Health & Benefits Leadership Conference (HBLC), announced six keynote sessions for the all-new virtual event. Keynote speakers include award-winning journalist and former Good Morning America co-host, Joan Lunden, as the Opening Keynoter and President of the American Benefits Council, James Klein, will close the online conference.

In Lunden's Opening Keynote, The Caregiving Crisis: Why Company Leaders Should Step Up, on May 11 at 11 a.m. ET, attendees will learn how HR and company leaders can no longer afford to ignore the emotional, physical, and financial challenges that employees face while caring for loved ones, challenges that have been exacerbated since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic due to school closures and eldercare access issues.

Washington insider Klein will discuss what changes can be expected in healthcare and benefits policy under the new Biden administration including policy positions on retirement, paid leave and COVID-19 during the conference's closing keynote, What to Know About Benefits Policy in 2021, on May 13 at 2 p.m. ET.
