Portland Area's 12 Mile Crossing Community Nears Completion

SAN DIEGO - April 20, 2021 - PRLog -- Construction on the Portland area's 12 Mile Crossing, an 82-unit multifamily project, is nearing completion – with San Diego-based Sunrise Management taking over the lease-up and day-to-day management activities.

Developed in partnership between McKenzie River Company and Gibbins Kaplan Development LLC, the new three-story community consists of four buildings on 3.42 acres and is located at 588 Southeast 217^th Ave., in Gresham, Oregon – just 12 miles east of Portland.
