A Free Lesson for World Tai Chi Day! Hosted by Oom Yung Doe

Why: Tai Chi and Qi Gong can increase immunity, reduce stress, improve lung capacity and increase overall energy (chi).
Join in as cities, towns, and nations across the globe practice Tai Chi at 10am in their respective time zones during this world-wide event.
The School of Oom Yung Doe® teaches eight complete martial arts as one, has been voted Boston's Best Martial Arts School, and has worked with Boston communities for thirty-five years. Oom Yung Doe demonstrations have been featured at TD Garden, Fenway Park, Gillette Stadium, and Chinatown's Lunar New Year and more.

Oom Yung Doe's newest school is located at 425A Broadway in Everett, MA. The school offers both in-person and online lessons for children and adults.
