Sundance Realty gained a new capability in the form of 3D Real Estate Scanning through Matterport. We now have an in-house scanning asset that can provide scanning services for Sundance agents at greatly below market price.

The ability to provide a one-time major preparation of the property for showing for the sake of the scan, means reducing the amount of overall effort the seller needs to put into maintaining the property at a showroom-level of cleanliness while the listing is active.

Rebecca Brown was researching realtor firms that people enjoy working for. Two of her main concerns were fees and family life. She saw a lot of people commenting how much they enjoyed working for Sundance because they get to enjoy more of the money they make which allows them to do other things they have wanted to do in their life.
