Extentia Hosts Forum 2021 – This Time, an Online Company-Wide Event

PUNE, India - April 13, 2021 - PRLog -- Extentia's annual all-company meeting, the Forum, was held on Thursday, April 8 in a completely online setup, given the ongoing pandemic. Joined over Zoom by 700+ Extentians scattered across 20+ states in India, and multiple countries, the event was all about looking back at the past year – achievements and milestones, as well as Extentia's plans for the year ahead. There were several individual speakers – including long-time Extentians who shared memories and stories from their journey at Extentia, as well as a few who joined the company in the past year who spoke about their virtual onboarding and working in a remote environment.

Additionally, there were two panel discussions around topics related to Extentia's work, projects, and the company's remote collaboration model called DISCO (DIstributed COllaboration). The first panel, comprising of new Extentians, was called 'Rendezvous with new Extentians' and revolved around anecdotes from the group who joined Extentia in the year of remote work – ranging from their personal and professional stories, their unique skills and interests, as well as their expectations in a post-pandemic future. The second panel called 'The stickiness factor' was made up of senior members of the company where they discussed sticky situations, encouraging sticky Extentians, and creating sticky customers among other related topics. Other segments included a short talk around Extentia's current and upcoming projects and several fun-filled breakout activities that kept the audience constantly engaged and enthused.

'Being able to conduct our flagship company-wide gathering completely online was challenging and exciting - given the scale of the event and level of engagement we wanted to deliver,' said Umeed Kothavala, CEO, Extentia.
