The International Songwriters Day Song Contest Announces its Winners!

Inspirational Songs and Music Videos were submitted from around the world.

TORONTO - April 9, 2021 - PRLog -- The third year of the International Songwriters Day Song Contest has now ended and we're announcing the winners to coincide with International Songwriters Day, April 9th! A global day of  celebration for songwriters.

Entries came from around the world to vie for the top "inspirational" song and music video.

There was a wide amount of topics covering inspiration ranging from following your dreams to uniting with long lost loves to finding a way to make the world a better place.

The judges were : Grammy nominated producer/engineer Bruce Sugar (Ringo Starr, Ozzy Osbourne), Mike Gormley, LAPD Mgmt. who helped launch the careers of Rod Stewart, BTO, Rush, The Police, Danny Elfman, the Bangles, Myles Goodwyn (producer, songwriter, lead singer for April Wine), Martin Isherwood, Head of Music at Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), Rick Rose (former staff writer for Sony ATV Nashville & Warner Chappel), and Diana Williamson who has written 2x#3 Billboard Hot Club chart songs and is VP of Themusiclibrary.org
