MONTGOMERY, Texas - March 29, 2021 - PRLog -- Author and Motivational Speaker Niki Spears has been traveling the country, both in person and virtually, to spread positive energy and inspiration to Head Start Schools, educators, students and parents, encouraging them to transform the way that they think about their struggles and create their best lives.

As a former Head Start parent, educator, principal, and change leader, Spears felt inspired to switch paths from working in a school, to working with schools to create a positive culture where everyone can succeed and thrive and develop into leaders. She is the founder of Culture Cre8ion, an organization that works with teams to embrace a leadership mindset, and take 100% responsibility for their thoughts, actions, struggles and lives, and Positive Kids Today, an organization that works with kids to develop positive mindsets, kind attitudes, and develop into future leaders.

Spears is the author of 3 books and counting, including two children's books: The Hand Hug, which helps children overcome anxious and negative feelings, and instead focus on the things that make them smile and feel happy, and a brand new book, Kindness is Contagious Too, which encourages kids to find creative ways to spread kindness to others during COVID. Her third book for adults, The Beauty Underneath the Struggle: Creating Your BUS Story, delivers powerful messages in the form of 8 principles, or "BEs" that are necessary to take total control of your life, so that you can choose to create a beautiful life despite any struggle.
