Prisido Elects Vanessa Pegueros to Board of Directors

Vanessa Pegueros will bring extensive experience to her new position as a member of Prisidio's Board of Directors.

NAPLES, Fla. - March 30, 2021 - PRLog -- Secure online personal vault startup, Prisidio, today announced that Vanessa Pegueros, Chief Trust and Security Officer for OneLogin, has been elected to the Board of Directors, effective February 22, 2021.

"She will be an integral part in helping to ensure that our platform is safe for our users, trusted to act with integrity, and secure against adversaries big and small."

Ms. Pegueros serves as Chief Trust and Security Officer for OneLogin where she is responsible for protecting customer information and keeping customers informed of the appropriate levels of protection being offered. In addition, she has held executive positions at companies such as AT&T where she served as the Senior Director of Mobility Compliance, US Bank where she served as the SVP Enterprise Information Security, and DocuSign, where she served as the VP & CISO, to name a few.

As a Board Director, Ms. Pegueros will focus on product security, product architecture, compliance, and engineering. She will participate in meetings with the team and quarterly meetings with the board, she will conduct regular reviews of product infrastructure and architecture with the product team, she will review the penetration testing and security test results as well as review the remediation plan, and she will offer input and advice on scaling the engineering and security teams.

Ms. Pegueros will offer support and guidance on all matters related to security, engineering, infrastructure, and compliance.

Currently, Ms. Pegueros lectures at University of Washington where she teaches a Masters level course for the Information School entitled, "Leading and Managing Enterprise Information Security" and in addition, she is an Audit Committee Member at BECU, a Venture Partner at Flying Fish Partners, and an Innovation Ambassador at Strategic.

Ms. Pegueros earned a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering at UC Berkeley, a M.S. degree in telecommunications from University of Colorado, Boulder and an MBA from Stanford University.
