TVS Television Network Names New Cable Network TVS TeleSports Network
The full time ad supported cable network, set to start in December with the sunset of NBCSN, will be available to cable systems on a no subscriber fee, barter basis.

TVS Television Network is the fourth oldest commercial broadcast TV network in the USA. It was founded in 1960 and for two decades was a major supplier of nationally broadcast sports including WFL Football, NASL Soccer, LPBT Bowling, Chmpionship Boxing, ATP Tennis, LPGA Golf, Major College Football Bowl Games, World University Games, and College Basketball. For several years, TVS programming was distributed by NBC.
With the advent of cable TV, TVS pivoted to supplying programming on a multiplatform basis, including PPV, home video, cable syndication, broadcast syndication, IPTV, Mobile, and OTT distribution. Currently, TVS programs 40 24/7 streaming channels on the WatchYour.TV platform.
TVS TeleSports Network will be offered to cable systems on a no subscriber fee, barter basis. The network will be distributed by Nextologies to cable systems. Transmission is scheduled to begin upon the sunset of the NBCSN cable network, set for the end of 2021.
All TVS programming is ad supported. TVSAdSales.Com, headed by Jerry Wolff, will handle all TVS sponsorship, paid programming, and native advertising opportunities. Mr. Wolff is a pioneer in cable adverrtising and marketing, having established the category with Regional Sports Networks as they were established in the 1980's.
