Civic Financial Services named top mortgage workplace

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. - March 19, 2021 - PRLog -- Redondo Beach-headquartered Civic Financial Services has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the Top Mortgage Workplaces 2020 report released by Mortgage Professional America. This annual list spotlights the companies in the mortgage industry that excel above all others.

Competing against mortgage companies nationwide, Civic Financial Services achieved a high score of 93.25% in the 100-499 employees category to secure their position as a Top Mortgage Workplace.

"For the second year in a row, we invited mortgage companies of all sizes and specialties to nominate their organizations and then tell us what they like and don't like about their places of employment. Hundreds participated yet only 29 earned the title of Top Mortgage Workplace."

CIVIC likes to celebrate each month and has several top internal programs and benefits. With CORE Challenge, employees challenge other employees to complete various challenges – prizes include everything from a Tesla to vacations. Top Gun trains individuals with no lending experience to be account executives. A CIVIC savings account allows employees to save and invest and share in any profits. And High Rise enables employees to vote for a team member who they think excelled in their work.
