-- SOVA, the company behind the successful cloud-based security management platform has released it's Covid-19 screening tool to assist businesses with a safer reopening. "By asking a series of screening questions modeled after the questions posted on the CDC website, employers can feel safer that employees and visitors to their facilities are not going to contribute to the spread of the virus" said Darin Redding, founder and CEO of SOVA Systems, a software development company headquartered in San Diego, CA. By completing a daily form delivered to them on their cell phone, employees and visitors to client hotels using the SOVA platform are given a custom QR code that is scanned by security upon their arrival. The system then checks their survey responses in provides a security screener a simple message, either go, wait or stop. "Maintaining privacy is a critical component of this system", said Darin. An occupational health professional or other designated person has the ability to unmask and view the survey responses, if additional questioning is warranted. The screener does not have access to this information. "Having data like this stored in a secure cloud environment will be useful if contact tracing is ever needed, if for instance a person in the facility ends up contracting Covid", Darin explained.
SOVA is a cloud based security management platform providing guard tour, task management, incident reporting, emergency notifications, lone worker protection, and modules for lost and found, package management, persons of interest, equipment checkout and more. Modern AI features built-in help an officer see potential vulnerabilities and fix them before they become a problem, helping to reduce risk. Find us at https://sovasystems.com
